ROLE SUMMARY

Backwoods Security Services is looking for a Sales Representative to be responsible for generating B2B leads and meeting sales goals. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sale process and dynamics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospect and qualify new B2B leads
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
  • Track all sales activities in company CRM and keep current by updating account information regularly
  • Submit activity and result reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly/yearly territory analysis
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, services, delivery schedules, and marketing techniques
  • Recommend changes in services, products, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales efforts
  • Perform cost benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relations
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolutions of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes with schedule
  • Analyze the territory and market's potentials, track sales and status report
  • Additional and alternative duties that may be changed from time-to-time by the Employer

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven B2B Sales experience of 2-3 years
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem identification and objection solution skills
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in B2B sales
  • Excellent prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Willing to travel to different locations within Alberta
  • Sufficient use in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Post-Secondary certificate is considered an asset
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License
  • Clean driving record
  • Clear criminal record
