Job Description
- No cold calls, 100% company provided leads
- Initial contact with the customer and assessment of water damage.
- Initial assessment of scope of the water/mold/fire damage.
- Securing the project.
- Directly coordinate with RMR team members.
- Maintaining “Clean Guys” standards.
- Always provide the highest level of customer service.
- Participating on the RMR on-call rotation.
- Ability to communicate with insurance adjusters.
- Updating referral partners on job status.
- Responding to incoming calls immediately/maintain an average 60 min response time.
- Assisting homeowners/property owners with filing insurance claims.
- Following up with all pending leads daily.
- Ensuring that all paperwork is completed in real time.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience required.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
- Clean driving record.
- Valid Arizona driver’s license required.
- Comfortable with technology (smart phone, laptop, CRM).
- Lift/Carry up to 100lbs.
- 3+ years sales experience (preferred).
- Experience in outside or inside sales (preferred).
- Experience in closing inbound sales leads (preferred).
- Previous Restoration experience/knowledge (preferred).

Responsibilities:
- Respond to emergency water damage losses and initiate the restoration work Produce sales and meet established sales quotas, close inbound leads.
- Take care of property owners and referral partners to ensure a successful project.
- Once jobs are sold, make hand-offs to the Production team to complete the necessary work.
- Track daily activities – closing ratios and number of jobs sold.
- Update and manage CRM to maintain accurate info for strategic partners and company.
- Attend weekly Sales Training and commit to continuing sales education and self-improvement.
- Attend weekly Production Meeting with production team and operations manager.
- Monthly ride-along with Sales Manager to get real time coaching and feedback Complete 90-day onboarding.
- Rotation on the on-call rotation. We are a 24/7/365 company.
Compensationfor Full-time Employees:
Job Types: Full-time
Pay Rate: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year (base & commission/bonus pay)
Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications
