Sales Representative - All In Nation | Phoenix, AZ
Location: Phoenix, AZ (In-Person Only)
Type: Full Time Employee
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

All In Nation is looking for a dedicated Sales Representative to join our Phoenix-based office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of one-on-one consultations, real estate/business education communities, and both virtual and in-person events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Proactively call leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into clients.
- CRM Maintenance: Accurately input and manage customer information in our CRM system.
- Rapport Building: Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute to a collaborative environment.
- KPI Adherence: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
- Event Participation: Represent All In Nation at both virtual and in-person events.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in high-ticket sales, ideally within real estate or business education sectors.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team setting and contribute to team goals.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Self-Motivated: Driven to succeed and motivated by commission-based earnings.
Requirements:
- Location: Must be able to work in our Phoenix office; this position is not remote.
- Availability: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM.
