Our business is rapidly growing at over 50% per year! With the company's growth around the world, our Finance team needs to scale to consolidate the various regions and products quickly. This role will partner with Corporate Finance, Field Sales Finance and Field Sales Operations. In addition, this role will be a business partner to executives that drive the broader Sales ecosystem including Business Development. This new position will report to the Director of FP&A within our Global Field Sales and Services Finance team.
This is a new role and the ideal candidate has experience in Sales Finance in a SaaS company. The candidate should have a history of building new processes and tools.
Assist the annual planning and monthly forecasting for the overall Sales and Services organization
Assist in building financial models including multi-year Sales, expenses, margin, that combines all major products and regions.
Partner with Corporate Finance and Systems to develop scalable and more efficient financial processes that support a rapidly growing business.
Prepare management presentations and monthly reporting packages
Business Partner for Sales ecosystem organizations
Various ad-hoc analysis for the Sales organization
Minimum 5+ years of FP&A experience
Saas business experience required
Demonstrated history of FP&A Consolidations in Sales, Marketing or Go-to-Market Finance
Project-management experience or mindset
Advanced Excel analytical skills including a demonstrated ability to develop and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving
Proficient in Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Tableau, Salesforce.com, Clari, and/or other comparable software systems
