ROLE:

The sales rep goal will be to increase the presence and sales of Ice Shaker in the gym, supplement and nutrition shop space. In this role, the representative will work on our sales team and with our customers to facilitate the sale and provide an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Visit gyms and events to gather leads.

· Reach out to gyms and provide product information and customization options

· Set up pre-sales for gyms to sell our products

· Put together new sales material, Keep the product catalog current

· Put together a weekly and monthly report on what gyms have been contacted and a weekly report of sales.

· Set up and attend key events.

· finding new leads - using google, instagram, linkedin.

· Follow up on previous customers that haven't purchased in 3+ months

Knowledge/Skills/Experience

· Experience in the Fitness space

· Proactive and careful attention to detail

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent problem solving and critical thinking abilities

  • Southlake, TX 76092: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)

Qualifications
- Proficient in English
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in inside sales and B2B sales
- Ability to conduct warm and outbound calling
- Familiarity with CRM software, Salesforce, and technology sales
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Knowledge of business development and marketing practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $83,154.00 per year

Compensation Package:

  • Commission pay
  • Monthly bonus
  • Uncapped commission

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
