The Director of Sales will be an intricate part of the management team, leading a sales team to new levels through team work, coaching, creativity and leadership. This is your chance to take your career to the next level. The ideal candidate should have previous Director of Sales experience in a full service or select service property. A proven track record of directing and motivating a sales team to achieve and exceed goals. The Director of Sales will be responsible for directing the overall sales efforts of the hotel as well as manage and develop the sales staff. Other responsibilities include new business development, account management, preparation and management of a Sales & Marketing Budget, and Revenue Management.

2 or more years of hotel sales experience, ideally in a Senior Sales or DOS position
