The commercial construction market in Arizona continues to expand and grow. and so is X3! Th is is an important addition to our team in AZ and they will play a critical role in maintaining our current client base and prospecting to expand our foot print. We have a formula for success that is unlike what our competitors offer construction companies. We are looking for a seasoned "rainmaker" to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing X3 clients.
  • Acquire new clients by effectively prospecting new opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Regularly visit construction offices and job sites to engage with client decision-makers and prospective clients.
  • Educate clients and prospects on X3's unique "Workforcing" services using the "Challenger" sales approach.
  • Manage territory effectively to maximize opportunities and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

You must have previous experience working for a staffing agency to apply for this opportunity

  • At least 1 years of outside B2B sales experience.
  • Proven track record of sales success.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel to construction sites and offices, prepared to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Performance Expectations:

  • Performance will be closely tied to growth in client acquisition and revenue generation in the Phoenix market. Specific targets and goals will be discussed privately.

Challenges:

  • The position requires frequent driving to multiple locations, including construction sites and office buildings, often starting early in the morning to accommodate site operational hours.
  • Operating in Arizona’s warm climate, particularly during summer months when job sites may open as early as 4 AM.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
