We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to support our growing Sales team. In this role you will be responsible to maintain and improve the quality of our sales team and organization. By developing, implementing and improving sales processes and materials you will play a key part in our success.

What you will do
Develop and implement sales enablement programs to improve sales team effectiveness
Conduct ongoing assessments of sales team performance to identify areas for improvement
Develop and deliver sales training programs, including onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing sales team members
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales messaging and positioning and create sales enablement materials.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to the sales team to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed
Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure the sales team has access to the resources they need to succeed
Become an invaluable resource for Sales Leadership, helping with performance reporting and own Sales documentation.
Support annual planning activities and execution (headcount planning, quota allocation, territory design)
What you bring
2-5 years of sales enablement experience in the SaaS industry.
Experience building, and maintaining excellent relationships within organizations.
Experience in developing and implementing playbooks and sales strategies, and using qualification frameworks.
Experience in change management and coaching.
Excellent verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to present to executives and key decision-makers
Great interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
Proactive mindset and excellent project and time management skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work effectively in an ever-changing scale-up environment
