What we need from you:

Experience - You have 2+ years experience in Surety Bonds preferred
Knowledge - You have strong knowledge of insurance terminology, concepts, and coverages preferred
Comprehensive Knowledge - You have strong verbal and written communication skills
Software - You are proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and Adobe, and Applied Epic
Licensed - You have a current Property & Casualty License

Responsibilities:

Provide helpful and professional service and insurance needs to clients and producers
Help clients with filling out and preparing bond applications
Process bonds, binder requests, endorsements, policies, etc.
Verify critical information for file documentation: premiums, policy numbers, claims report, forms, etc.
Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
Give knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms
