Job Description

The GA/AL State Manager is responsible for building sales and generating profit within the markets. The State Manager will represent and promote the culture and values of the Riboli Family Wine Estates and will be accountable to implement and deliver the plan for the responsible market. This will include effective distributor management and strong supply chain customer relationships. (Must reside in Atlanta, GA)


· Key Account Management and Development

o Effectively develop and maintain positive selling relationships with Chain, key Independent Retail, package stores, club retail; as well as high volume and on premise accounts.

o Work closely with distributor sales and management to achieve brand objectives and goals for accounts within assigned market.

· Distributor Management

o Effectively develop and maintain positive relationships with distributor management, sales, and administrative staff

o Monitor and measure performance of our distributors within GA and AL.

o Collaborate with Southeast Regional Manager and East Region VP on the strategic development of all programs delivered to the distributor

o Manage the implementation of area business plan with all distributors

o Consistently educate, mentor, and motivate distributor management and sales team members on brand strategies and opportunities.

· Planning and Analysis

o Develop a Business Plan for Growth for the responsible regions of the markets.

o Communicate any necessary remedial or growth action plan necessary for achieving goals in the region to the VP of Sales, East.

o Manage the resource allocation and budget process for brand support in the region

o Review and develop best pricing / positioning for brands within each territory of the region

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,702.00 - $152,178.00 per year

Key Accountabilities  * Create customer success plans to drive growth for each account  * Support solution design and technical implementation of current desired integrations as outlined in the customer success plan. * Monitor user adoption and product utilization and create targeted programs to increase engagement and support the agency's change management process. * Build strong relationships between the Miovision product and support teams to ensure continuous resolution of ongoing operational issues as well as product deficiencies that may come up.  * Participate in regular support and health checks to ensure accounts are continuing to derive value from our solutions * Support software renewal and upselling activities  Skills/Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalency or achievement of recognized professional level * 5+ years of technical experience; must understand network products * Ability to travel internationally, providing on-site consulting work to clients * Ability to manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skills * Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping and process redesign * Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management and support * Analytical nature with the ability to solve complex business issues * Basic understanding of product development and engineering processes.  We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
