NW Payment Solutions is the next up and coming provider in the merchant service world, looking to expand our territory with our fantastic Outside Sales team! We are hiring immediately for our Outside Sales Team. If you are motivated, personable, and goal-orientated with the desire to aid in the growth of a proven merchant service company, do not hesitate to apply today.

This role will acquire new merchant business partners through prospecting, cold calling, and building networking relationships with local business owners and decision makers. We provide to you all the needed tools to be successful, from top-notch training to on-call support, and all the business resources to earn a substantial income with lucrative opportunities. Outside Sales Rep Responsibilities

  • Meet and network with business owners
  • Follow all scripting and listen to coaching from National Sales Managers
  • Build rapport with business owners in chosen territory
  • Act as a liaison between merchants and NW Payment Solutions
  • Network within the community
  • Source and develop client referrals

Outside Sales Rep Qualifications

  • Customer service background (preferred)
  • Self driven, upbeat, excited individuals!
  • All levels of sales experience accepted, some sales experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to network/self-market to gain self-generated leads.
  • We are looking for those with great time management, communication, and integrity; we can teach you the rest!

Outside Sales Rep Expectations

  • 1099 sales reps are commission based with uncapped earnings!
  • Flexible schedule

Requirements (What we look for in candidates): Must-haves: - 4-8 years of work experience in any customer-facing sales role. - Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills. - Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs. - Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning new technologies. - Prior exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo, etc. - Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end customers. - Learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. - Ability to handle rejections and stay focused and driven. - Ability to multi-task and manage your tasks effectively. - Flexibility in working in different shifts/regions. This is absolutely mandatory because you will be expected to work in a specific shift for a minimum of two years. Good to have: - Prior work experience in SaaS product companies in domains relevant to Freshworks' suite of products. - A proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets.
