Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends
- Utilize outside sales techniques to reach potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively

Requirements:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in solar or high ticket sales
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results
- Fluency in English; proficiency in spanish is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of multilingual software solutions is advantageous
