We are looking for an independent results-driven self-motivated sales representative, to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

This position is a commission-based compensation structure, with achievable goals, and great potential.


  • Become an expert on our services, both categories and the sales process.
  • Articulate the features and benefits of our services throughout the process.
  • Demonstrate the ability to resolve customer concerns throughout the process.
  • Complete initial and follow up calls/ touches with prospective leads via inbound and outbound contacts.
  • Track daily production and submit daily sales log via CRM to direct supervisor.
  • Maintain high attention to detail throughout daily tasks, including accurate and detailed notation of each customer account.
  • Build strong, proactive sales and account management skills to ensure leads are cultivated efficiently and effectively.
  • Reach internal volume requirements on daily, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Meet or exceed internal goals for requisitions as established by management.
  • Possess high level understanding of US healthcare and payer landscape.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism on every call/ touchpoint to ensure that each customer receives excellent customer service.
  • Participate in educational sessions/ events to learn about our vendors and the HealthCare industry.
  • Attend HealthCare conferences to broaden their networking.
  • Answer/return phone calls or emails in a timely fashion, within 12 hours.
  • Assist other team members when required to help meet business needs.


  • Proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
