Evenflow Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic, driven and competitive Business Development Professional with a Winning Attitude to join our growing team. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 4+ years of business-to-business sales experience in the recruiting industry (Prefer someone who has at least several of the following: Administrative, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Medical Revenue Cycle, Light Industrial)
- Must have the ability to call on C-Level executives, hiring managers, plant managers and supervisors in various industries
- This role demands someone who is highly motivated, an effective communicator, and has sound interpersonal skills
- Past history of exceeding personal individual goals while working in a team environment
- The ability to communicate and build professional relationships
- An Outgoing Personality with strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Coachable and enthusiastic about being part of a team
- The intellect to “think on your feet,” solve problems, and make wise decisions
- Resilience, Self-Confidence, Self-Motivation and the desire to do an exceptional job
- Proficient using outlook, calendaring and shared drives
Responsibilities
- The primary responsibility for this position is to grow the business by acquiring new clients in the Banking, Finance and Accounting, Administrative, Medical Revenue Cycle and Light industrial industries
- Prospect and sell to new clients through research and various media connections
- Attend team meetings to ensure the team has the most up to date information, provide client feedback, and can prioritize accordingly
- Build relationships with prospective clients through Cold calling, virtual and face-to-face
- Utilize strategic practices and market analysis to uncover revenue opportunities
- Skill market candidates based on their talents ensuring alignment with client's needs
- Understand pricing models & processes to secure profitable business
- Accurately log and maintain sales activity into CRM system
