As a JuniorSales Representative at DentalQore, you will be responsible for building relationships via phone with dental practices across the nation, helping them gain new patients and grow their dental practices with our digital marketing efforts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:
Within the first 30-60 days and ongoing:
- Attends two full weeks of formal training both in the classroom and on the job learning from a sales trainer, colleagues, top performers, and through self-evaluation.
- Works with the sales trainer to review sales expectations and goals, participating in hands-on CRM training sessions to become proficient and fully understands the ins and outs of the Junior Sales Representative role.
- Shadows a core Sales Representative on sales presentations to observe techniques, asks questions, and learns from them while partnering with the appointment-setting team.
- By the 30-day mark, is scheduling appointments with prospective clients, conducting sales calls and presentations, and building a pipeline of future client opportunities.
- By the 60-day mark, is consistently completing 2+ new client presentation appointments per day and has closed one or more customer deals.
Within the next 3 months and ongoing:
- Is consistently hitting the monthly quota of 3+ customer deals acquired per month.
- Develops and maintains a robust pipeline of potential clients through lead lists and consistent outreach efforts, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-ups to convert prospects into clients.
- By the 4 month is meeting weekly 1-1 with the Sales Leader but is also able to successfully and independently conduct the majority of sales calls, confidently handling client interactions and demonstrating in-depth knowledge of DentalQore’s services.
Within the next 6-9 months and ongoing:
- Consistently meets or exceeds monthly sales targets, demonstrating full ramp-up and mastery of the sales process.
- Builds strong, lasting relationships with clients by fostering trust through consistent communication and understanding their unique needs as a business.
- By the 9-month mark, continues to close 3+ deals per month, consistently hitting or exceeding monthly quotas.
Within the next 12 months and ongoing:
- Establishes a reputation as a top-performing Junior Sales Representative by exceeding sales quotas, delivering exceptional client satisfaction, and ranking as a top performer in sales volume and professionalism.
- Has progressed from Junior Sales Representative and is seen as a mentor, role model, and someone others shadow and can learn from to newer Sales Reps.
- Continues to grow a robust client base, contributing to a steady increase in overall sales revenue month over month.
EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 1+ years of customer-facing experience such as customer service, communication, marketing, or similar required
- A genuine enthusiasm to gain experience in sales and a desire to learn and become a top earner on our team required
- Demonstrated eagerness and positive attitude to improve communications skills, gain sales techniques and marketing strategies with a hunger for personal and professional growth required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with people required
- A resilient mindset where getting 50 “no thank yous” in 1 day doesn’t discourage you and you have a natural drive to keep pushing forward to get to that “yes” required
- A passion to control your own financial destiny by being in a career with uncapped earning potential required

Compensation & Earning Potential: $20/hour + commission with OTE $75K-$85K in first full year, based on sales goals achieved. Commission potential is directly tied to meeting and exceeding set goals.
