Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am - 5pm
Pay Scale: Competitive annual earnings ranging from $140,000 to $180,000
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing a Sales team
- HVAC experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong selling skills with a proven track record of success
- Ability to inspire personal and professional growth in team members
- Proven ability to drive team performance and achieve business goals
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and presentation skills
- Demonstrated success of building and implementing a plan for business growth
- Expertise in fostering and enhancing the value of sales and marketing relationships with clients
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the General Manager to establish sales goals and objectives
- Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and communication
- Mentor and develop inside sales team members
- Provide ongoing training for Sales Consultants and Technicians
Performance Indicators:
- Meeting revenue goals set for the sales team
- Increasing the number of self-generated leads
- Compliance with sales policies and guidelines
- Development of Service Technician referrals
- Maintaining customer satisfaction ratings above 95%
- Achieving personal sales goals for house accounts
