Overview
We are seeking open, friendly, helpful, motivated, and flexible individuals to join our team. All associates work to meet and exceed sales goals through excellent customer service, as well as assist with merchandising and maintaining the appearance of the store to contribute to a positive customer experience and organized store operations.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to upselling, and closing.
- Work alongside other team members to maintain store cleanliness.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
