Total Warehouse Inc., an established Industrial Equipment and Warehouse storage system co is looking for an enthusiastic Field Sales Representative. We are one of the leading supplier for sales and service of Industrial Equipment and Storage systems used in the Warehouse and distribution centers throughout the West Coast.

This is a unique opportunity for the Right Team player to be able to engage with multiple current and potential clients in a wide variety of business industries. The Field Sales Representative requires the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment where constant improvement and Communication with the various team members to cross sell our products and services will enable efficient and effective growth. This position presents the opportunity to make a significant contribution to a tight knit growing team that is working to execute innovative selling and marketing to rapidly grow our business. Our business model revolves around sales and service in the field (Industrial Parks and Warehouses) with the clients with great support from our internal Operations team.

Responsibilities:

Scheduling appointments and meeting existing customers in order to identify and qualify potential prospects and present current product offers.

Effective planning to conduct sales presentations by meeting new customers physically on daily basis.

Provide professional demonstrations or presentations of Company products and services while onsite.

Liaising between the Company and the customers for up-to-date pricing, service, and latest product-release launches. Demonstrate and show how the Oracle Cloud Asset Platform works.

Identifying and qualifying prospective customers through research, networking, and cold calling.

Target Retail Accounts and Accounts with multi locations which are a high % of BJM, Bendi < Hangcha, Liftrite and Major Vendors we support Product line Strong points.

Continuously updating all prospects on Company product modifications, changes, and enhancements.

Enhancing up-to-date knowledge on new products, procedures, services, and tools by attending departmental and training meetings. Becoming and Expert with the Core Products being used by the Targeted Clients

Maintaining professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity, and tact to portray the Company in a positive manner.

Effectively attending conferences and trade shows, where applicable.

Using marketing data to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency by using relevant sales management tools.

Preparing reports for sales and marketing and maintaining accurate expense accounts.

Updating and maintaining customer account records, including contact names and numbers for future sales.

Providing product quotes to customers as needed.

Aggressively following up on business opportunities provided by the Marketing Dept.

Managing client accounts to assure Contacts, Assets, PM dates are all Current

Meeting Field techs at the client’s site and working with solution and Cross supporting.

Focus on Select Areas we are targeting With Current Clients and Prospects (10-20 mile radius)

Must be enthusiastic, energetic, competitive and a quick learner

Must have ab excellent sales ability

Previous field sales experience

Must have strong listening and analytical skills

Must have a superior phone persona and be comfortable with cold calling

Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills

Excellent organizational, time management and follow-through skills

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields

Strong negotiation skills is important for the success of this position

Must be deadline and detail-oriented

Must have the ability to build rapport with clients

Previous CRM experience highly desired

Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
