Job Description


The Data Integrity Specialist II will have proven experience managing data including data analysis and problem solving. They will have a structured approach to business analysis and a proven track record of implementing solutions. The position also requires a person with strong communication skills, who is comfortable working within a team at all levels, as well as being pro-active working on their own initiative.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, CIS, CS, or related area of study


Experience Required

  • 3-5 years of combined business and IT related experience

  • 5+ years of combined business and IT related experience

  • Be a subject matter expert in the business data domain
  • Provide business knowledge of internal business rules for data mining
  • Profile data to thoroughly understand the quality, anomalies, and patterns
  • Liaise with business office staff
  • Research and remedy data anomalies at their root source
  • Establish data quality reporting processes and analyze data quality reports to identify potential anomalies across multiple data sources
  • Write business requirements documents related to data initiatives
  • Review functional design specification documents for fit to requirements
  • Develop and maintain a data dictionary
  • Be a point of contact for data warehouse activities, including business requirements gathering, data modeling, data documentation, user acceptance testing, ad-hoc queries, data challenges
  • Identify, plan, and oversee consolidation of redundant data sources to establish centralized golden copy source copy
  • Manage release planning
  • Participate in pre and post-release testing to validate requirements have been met
  • Have a working knowledge of State, Federal, Joint Commission, etc. regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Key Accountabilities  * Create customer success plans to drive growth for each account  * Support solution design and technical implementation of current desired integrations as outlined in the customer success plan. * Monitor user adoption and product utilization and create targeted programs to increase engagement and support the agency's change management process. * Build strong relationships between the Miovision product and support teams to ensure continuous resolution of ongoing operational issues as well as product deficiencies that may come up.  * Participate in regular support and health checks to ensure accounts are continuing to derive value from our solutions * Support software renewal and upselling activities  Skills/Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalency or achievement of recognized professional level * 5+ years of technical experience; must understand network products * Ability to travel internationally, providing on-site consulting work to clients * Ability to manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skills * Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping and process redesign * Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management and support * Analytical nature with the ability to solve complex business issues * Basic understanding of product development and engineering processes.  We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
