Hiring! We are looking for Trucking Compliance Sales Team! We are a C/TPA managing Owner Operators and Small Fleets for their DOT FMCSA Compliance programs. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE.

Background Required: * Safety Acumen (5 yrs.)

  • Driver Qualification Files
  • Hours of Service records of duty.
  • Vehicle Maintenance requirements
  • Drug & Alcohol Testing
  • Hazardous Materials.
  • Driver On-Boarding & Orientation.
  • CSA, FMCSA, DOT, HOS, ELD, & OSHA knowledge
  • Accident-Incident, injury investigation, prevention
  • Safety Audits (i.e. DOT & OSHA)
  • Computer Literate (Office 2000 suite, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment
  • Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment when working in stressful situations
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, mathematic, and analytical skills using data to drive decisions in a business environment
  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency in effective communication of goals and strategies across multiple leadership levels of an organization * Proven ability to influence internal/external stakeholders without authority to adopt new processes/initiatives
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple competing projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
  • Analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year

Supplemental Pay:

  • Customer Service: 6 years (Preferred)
  • Sales: 6 years (Preferred)
  • Owner Operator, Broker or Dispatcher: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Management: 3 years (Preferred)
