Enphase now has a number of software solutions and services that are designed to help the installer customers manage their entire operations including lead generation, design and quoting, proposal, permit services, incentives and fleet management.

Job Requirements:

  • Serve as a confident subject matter expert and Onboard/train new clients
  • Work alongside the Account Team and provide trainings or education sessions for their customers as needed.
  • Encourage adoption of new features when released
  • Quickly identify accounts where usage is low, understand the ‘why’ and take action to increase adoption
  • Assist with the creation of training documentation.
  • Run periodical webinars and trainings
  • Be the Voice of the Customer to provide customer feedback to internal teams: Product, Marketing and Engineering

Desired qualifications:

  • 4 plus years in Customer Success or Client Onboarding role in a B2B SaaS company
  • Impeccable customer skills, you have a strong sense of empathy and integrity
  • Knack for getting creative in your solutions
  • You have a proven track record of resolving issues and risks in a cross-functional and collaborative way
  • Self-motivated, you work well autonomously. We hire smart, driven, and motivated people who can do their job with limited guidance. We work well as a team and communicate often
  • You have a track record of success, professionally and personally.
  • You are customer-focused and highly responsive
