Job Description

We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

· Present, promote and sell skin care products using solid arguments to existing and prospective Spa and Medical Spa’s clients

· Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

· Generating qualified leads for new business opportunities by making cold calls and booking sales appointments with decision makers.

· Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

· Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

· Creating your own lead lists and identify opportunities by using smarts, intuition and various tools, including lead generation programs web resources (Google, LinkedIn and others).

· Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

· Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements

· 3+ years sales experience

· Proven work experience as a sales representative (Skin care industry or Aesthetic Equipment’s)

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office

· Has exceptional organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach

· Has a sales-orientated mindset and a warm and persuasive phone presence — someone who enjoys talking to new people on calls in order to identify needs and opportunities and set up follow-up meetings.

· productive business professional relationships

· Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

· Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

· Is a highly motivated and passionate lead generation specialist who enjoys being part of the sales process and who enjoys building trust and value over the phone with prospective clients.

· Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
