Mediafly is currently seeking a Sales Enablement Director to lead our Sales Enablement team, reporting to the CMO. Beyond the marketing team, this role will partner with the commercial and product organizations to enable all of Mediafly’s commercial teams - sales, account management, customer success - with world-class training, innovative content, and the tools to empower our reps to be their most effective in engaging with customers. You will join our marketing team to help differentiate Mediafly, create new selling stories around our product, flaunt our customer successes, and last but most important, innovate with our own technology to uncover new use cases. Creativity and out of the box thinking are crucial, as we seek to push the limits of the sales enablement practice in general and Mediafly’s technology in particular


    • Execute and evolve the existing sales enablement charter, along with creating and managing a 12-month roadmap and monitor KPIs and success
    • Lead the evolution of Mediafly’s Sales Enablement training and coaching program
    • Participate in the delivery of onboarding and continuing-ed training to commercial team members and be a daily resource to the team. This will also include ongoing review and improvement of training programs and materials.
    • Help develop and distribute new sales content, internal-facing for training, and external-facing for activation; this includes optimizing the use of Mediafly’s platform for internal content management purposes to create the most exciting content engagement experience for our reps
    • Collaborate closely with the Head of Product Marketing to understand the Mediafly value proposition and all new product enhancements, in order to ensure timely knowledge transfer to the commercial teams
    • Monitor content insights reporting and assess implications to continuously improve the sales enablement strategy
    • Help increase the adoption of Mediafly’s sales enablement tools and the sales tech stack
    • Influence and collaborate on ongoing commercial team processes, including sales playbooks
    • Lead the branding of our internal sales enablement practice and offerings
    • Develop strong collaborative relationships with the commercial team leaders across the company
    • Manage the Sales Enablement Coordinator


    • 3+ years of proven experience in a sales enablement role in B2B tech
    • Past experience with sales training, content, and processes is a must
    • Previous experience in a sales role preferred
    • Previous experience in a ‘change management or start-up to ‘scale-up’ environment preferred

Requirements (What we look for in candidates): Must-haves: - 4-8 years of work experience in any customer-facing sales role. - Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills. - Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs. - Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning new technologies. - Prior exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo, etc. - Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end customers. - Learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. - Ability to handle rejections and stay focused and driven. - Ability to multi-task and manage your tasks effectively. - Flexibility in working in different shifts/regions. This is absolutely mandatory because you will be expected to work in a specific shift for a minimum of two years. Good to have: - Prior work experience in SaaS product companies in domains relevant to Freshworks' suite of products. - A proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets.
