We are looking to hire an exceptional Retail Sales Specialist (RSS) to join our team. You’ll oversee your own Route of stores from which you’ll receive a higher than average monthly Commission $ from all product displays (On Top of Base Salary!). The RSS will be responsible for increasing our brand presence inside Supermarkets while driving the assigned route of Stores.

- Represent our Brand in your territory. Sell Nilo Products in Supermarkets.
- Develop key relationships with Store Managers to achieve sales objectives.
- Increase Brand presence inside Supermarkets by securing key secondary Displays such as Racks, Side Stacks, Coolers, etc.
- Merchandise products to guarantee an optimal retail visibility.
- Deliver Nilo Racks to display our products.
- Perform outside sales audits/ other duties as assigned.
- Identify and execute new growth opportunities.
- Achieve KPI Performance indicators such as: Sales, Profitability, Displays, new accounts, and other business components.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Good mathematical skills
- Spanish language an advantage
- Excellent Organizational skills and the ability to develop, follow up, and maintain relationships with clients.
- Safe Driving Record
- Must be at least 23 years old
- Preferred prior sales experience
- Superior than average pay: Salary Base $18/hr + Commission (Total Averages $23/hr plus)
