Are you mechanically inclined, enjoy finding creative solutions, and have a passion for bikes and electric rideables? Rides N Motion is looking for a dynamic and skilled Bike Service & Sales Representative to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

Perform bike and electric rideable repairs and maintenance.
Diagnose mechanical issues and offer out-of-the-box solutions to ensure optimal performance.
Assist customers with bike and electric rideable purchases, providing expert advice and exceptional service.
Collaborate with the team to create a seamless and efficient service experience.
Uphold the highest standards of customer service to ensure satisfaction.
Work weekend shifts and other scheduled shifts as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong mechanical skills, with experience in bike maintenance or repair.
Problem-solving mindset, able to think creatively to find and implement solutions.
Excellent customer service skills; comfortable interacting with customers and addressing their needs.
Team-oriented attitude, able to work collaboratively with colleagues.
Electrical experience (a plus, but not required).
Availability to work on weekends (a must).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.87 - $22.23 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
