Main Accountabilities Include:

  • Responsible for the CRM of customers for local station
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Act as liaison with the assigned customers and all Menzies Aviation activities
  • Ensure that the SGHA with the customer is being followed
  • Attend all customer required meetings and represent Menzies Aviation professionally
  • Monitors performance and take actions to communicate any shortfalls with all stakeholders
  • Provides reports as required, and service delivery measurements
  • Act as a key stakeholder to any customer requests or needs of Menzies Aviation
  • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships
  • Work shifts as required by the business
  • Build strong relationships internally and externally to ensure the success delivery of the operation
  • Drive continuous improvements in all manners of the operation to ensure the on-going success and relationship with the customer
  • Other duties as assigned

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Business Degree or BA in International Relations/Studies
  • 3 to 5 years account management experience in the Airports and Ground Handling industry
  • Business acumen, project management and CRM experience an asset
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills- capable in presenting and communicating with senior levels of management
  • Extensive experience in airport operations, ground handling, passenger services, and cargo
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Must be able to hold and maintain all required security clearances
  • Must be able to work with a multi-cultural team and to adjust to the station environment
  • Good knowledge of the IATA Standard Ground Handling Agreement
  • Drive for continuous improvement and process development of the business

Other Requirements:

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and legally able to work in Canada
  • Computer literate, solid knowledge of MS Office as well as other related programs
  • Previous airline/aviation operational knowledge is required
  • Must be able to obtain and hold all required security clearances
  • Familiar with GOMs, Airline procedures, Airport procedures, Airport legislation
  • Fully versed on SGHA concepts
  • KPI/SLA driven to meet customer expectations by delivering excellence

Requirements (What we look for in candidates): Must-haves: - 4-8 years of work experience in any customer-facing sales role. - Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills. - Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs. - Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning new technologies. - Prior exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo, etc. - Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end customers. - Learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. - Ability to handle rejections and stay focused and driven. - Ability to multi-task and manage your tasks effectively. - Flexibility in working in different shifts/regions. This is absolutely mandatory because you will be expected to work in a specific shift for a minimum of two years. Good to have: - Prior work experience in SaaS product companies in domains relevant to Freshworks' suite of products. - A proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets.
