- Plan, organize, and manage assigned captures
- Lead major capture and proposal efforts to successful completion
- Develop the overall capture strategy, internal and external partnerships, business plans, and marketing
- Assist with driving technical and management solutions
- Lead and facilitate win strategy development sessions, including technical, management, teaming, past performance, staffing, pricing, etc.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to develop solutions that offer customers recognized value, are price competitive and executable.
- Prepare and lead Gate Reviews.
- Coordinate resources required for the pursuit of opportunities, develop and improve upon processes.
- Lead and coordinate competitive assessments, determining the strengths and weaknesses both internally and of potential competitors.
- Minimum of 5-7 years demonstrated product sales, business development, capture management, and proposal experience within one of the following markets: Defense, Intelligence, and Federal Civilian.
- Desired experience includes business development and sales of software, data platforms, AI/ML technology, or application and infrastructure technology.
- Knowledge, experience, and success in capture process are required, including demonstrable understanding of all contract types (non-IDIQ, IDIQ - single or multiple award contracts) as well as payment types (e.g., FFP, T&M, cost plus).
- Effective account management including planning, opportunity qualification and creation, stakeholder and executive communication, needs analysis, opportunity management, pipeline management and deal negotiation.
