Position: Educational Diagnosis Account Executive

Our diagnosis builder product empowers school psychologists to streamline and enhance the evaluation process, enabling them to make more accurate and timely assessments. We are committed to providing psychologists with the tools they need to improve student outcomes.

Our Account Executive will work closely with school psychologists to:

  • Understand their unique needs: We listen to the challenges and pain points that school psychologists face in their daily work.
  • Tailor our solution: We customize our diagnosis builder product to meet the specific requirements of each school district and its psychologists.
  • Provide training and support: We offer comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure that school psychologists can effectively utilize our tool.
  • Collaborate on improvements: We work with psychologists to gather feedback and continuously improve our product.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify, research, and generate a pipeline of potential school district and charter school clients.
  • Outbound Sales: Execute outbound sales activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling to generate interest in our diagnosis builder product.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations to school psychologists, highlighting the benefits of using our tool to streamline their workflow and improve diagnostic accuracy.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with school psychologists and key decision-makers within school districts.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract closure.
  • CRM Utilization: Effectively utilize our CRM system to track sales activities, leads, and opportunities.
  • Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales and revenue to support business planning.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, educational regulations, and the specific needs of school psychologists.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Product Expertise: Deeply understand the product's technical capabilities and pedagogical benefits.
  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support and address customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales in the education industry; ideally Saas.
  • Strong understanding of the K-12 education landscape, including challenges and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with educators at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Scrappy and capable of building a sales function from the ground up
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
