As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative solar energy solutions to residential customers by canvassing neighborhoods and going door to door strategically. Responsibilities
- Canvassing neighborhoods going door to door to make customers aware of the utility rate increases while providing a solution in solar panel systems
- Engage with potential customers to understand their energy bills and how to reduce costs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service and follow-up
- Collaborate with the sales team and the management to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Document and report sales activities, progress, and results on a regular basis
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends
- Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed
