Sales/Business Development
Drive high volume of new and existing sales activity with a sense of urgency by prospecting by telephone, email, social media and industry conferences to hospitals, hospital systems, outpatient facilities, and all other healthcare provider types.

As the the Sales/ Business Development for our company, your focus will be on new business development – sourcing and securing new client relationships. The Senior Director of Business Development will be tasked with establishing direct relationships with hospitals, private practices, and healthcare systems throughout the U.S. by helping them to solve their staffing needs. The Sales/ Business Development manager will also maintain relationships with current client organizations, including actively probing for expanded business opportunities and serve as the key point of escalation for any client issues that arise.


· Build and maintain a book of business with healthcare organizations in assigned target market and with named customer targets

· Cultivate relationships with decision makers in client organizations (e.g., CEO, CMO, SVP HR, CFO and procurement executives) to secure new business, new client accounts and to maximize the value delivered by Catalytic Solutions

· On-going management and development of personal sales pipeline, forecast accuracy, account planning and maintaining account detail in our CRM platform

· Act as a steward for good business and grow the client relationship by ensuring flawless execution

· Act as a trusted advisor to client prospects by demonstrating a deep understanding of their business drivers, organizational imperatives, workforce management and offer solutions utilizing persuasive win themes and effective sales strategies

· Negotiate pricing and terms within acceptable guidelines outlined by management

· Manage the first 1-2 client orders and candidate submittals in coordination with the Recruiter and Account Manager, while helping recruiters understand specific customer needs and opportunities

· Handle escalations within the accounts as needed.

· Partner with account managers on speed to deliver fast offers on candidates that meet or exceed the minimum qualification

· Partner with Recruitment team to identify ways to increase submittals to client accounts

· Able to work cross-functionally with relevant departments to troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed

· Collaborate with marketing department representatives on lead generation strategies and tactics

· Monitor customer satisfaction regularly through quality metrics and client feedback

· Preform other duties and responsibility as assign

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Requirements (What we look for in candidates): Must-haves: - 4-8 years of work experience in any customer-facing sales role. - Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills. - Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs. - Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning new technologies. - Prior exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo, etc. - Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end customers. - Learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. - Ability to handle rejections and stay focused and driven. - Ability to multi-task and manage your tasks effectively. - Flexibility in working in different shifts/regions. This is absolutely mandatory because you will be expected to work in a specific shift for a minimum of two years. Good to have: - Prior work experience in SaaS product companies in domains relevant to Freshworks' suite of products. - A proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets.
