Job Description

Nug Sales agent must understand company financial goals and tune sales in their territory to meet or exceed their targets. They work by seeking first to understand the goals of their accounts then showing them how our products can meet their needs. They’ll work with our marketing team to communicate who we are and why people want to support our work. From there they’ll build demand and further aid their accounts in achieving their goals.

Nug sales agents are people of extraordinary integrity, character and personality. They love what they do and who they work with and it shows every day in what they do and how they do it. Duties

  • Achieve targets and develop your territory to hit new goals
  • Work with your team for the development of everyone
  • Build business in your accounts through education, innovation and consultation
  • Establish a regular schedule to hold helpful, productive meetings with each of your accounts
  • Come up with events that normalize cannabis usage and communicate what Nug is about
  • Understand your inventory and pipeline on a daily basis
  • Manage AR for your accounts
  • Educate yourself and others about sales and cannabis
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

High Level Goals

Nug will be the dominant cannabis brand in CA. We’ll have more than 20% market share as soon as possible. We’ll work to responsibly normalize cannabis use and expand channels it’s sold in. We understand that cannabis can enhance life for many different people. We will create pathways for that enhancement to be available to all of them.
