Job Description

Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: San Diego Resident preferred, Remote

Position Overview:

Sales Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to support the execution of ecoATM weekly auction, handle customer purchase orders, and other device sales related administrative responsibilities. This role work closely with many cross-functional teams including sales, device processing, analytics, and finance. The ideal candidate is able to provide analytical support for key sale decisions, assisting with ecoATM customer management and communication. The role strong problem solving/analytical skills, strong data management skills, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and send out the weekly bid sheet
  • Collect, track and enter bids from wholesale customers
  • Administer preferred sort process
  • Produce and deliver ASNs to buyers timely
  • Must problem solve and make independent decision on customer credit requests
  • Assist in RMA process, including gathering of customer return details, data entry and upload
  • Work closely with Sales Operations Specialist and Device Sales Analysts to ensure we have a smooth and repeatable execution of weekly auction
  • Provide support to ecoATM’s external customers

Education & Experience

  • 2+ years related professional level experience in a corporate office environment
  • BA degree preferred
  • Cell phone industry experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Advanced level of Excel preferred
  • High attention to detail and proven organization and planning skills
  • Be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lead projects and coordinate with other departments

Business Travel

  • Up to 5% required
