The Customer Service Administrator (CS Admin) primary responsibility and accountability is to provide an exceptional and successful customer experience while providing all components of administrative support to the Repair Facility Team. The CS Admin welcomes all clients ensuring their needs are accurately identified and documented in order to initiate the repair process. The CS Admin is responsible for managing daily and monthly business administrative duties by establishing and sustaining a positive working relationship with customers and insurance companies. CS Admin’s are involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures and frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks relating to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable while maintaining Assured’s KPIs. The CS Admin plays a pivotal role in the success of the customer’s experience by ensuring they are working in alignment with all team members. Customer Service Administrators are committed to being a dedicated Brand Ambassador of Assured Automotive at all times.

Role and Requirements

  • Provides positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone
  • Manage the confirmation and reservation of all rental vehicles & towing requests
  • When required manage all arrangements for towing as well as costing against the RO, (Ensure Insurance approval prior to pick up of tow)
  • When required communicate updates with Customers & Insurance claims personnel
  • Ensure all assignments have been followed up and appointments confirmed with customers
  • Reconcile each R.O. prior to closing and GP% sign off
  • Monitor and manage A/R to meet KPI target
  • Maintain the Assured KPI’s by maximizing role performance (Sales/ GP/ NP/ CSI/ AR/ CT&TT)

  • A minimum of 1 year previous experience in a collision repair environment or a similar role
  • Consistently demonstrates a successful client experience
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Effectively manage a fast-paced environment, demonstrating multi-tasking ability while working under pressure
