Carriage Hill Insurance is actively looking for new Personal Lines Account Managers who are highly motivated, energetic and have strong communication skills to join our team. Our agency is rapidly growing, and we are looking for the right individual to fit right into our agency. The Customer Service Representative position will involve partnering with the Personal/Commercial department to provide excellent customer service to agency customers and greeting office visitors throughout the day. Responsibilities

• Greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Return all phone messages promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Handle incoming claim calls from customers.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified time frame.

Requirements

Insurance industry experience.

Possess a P&C Insurance License

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful.
• Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Must be highly self-motivated.
• Professional phone etiquette.

• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified time frame.
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
• Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00 - $52,500.00 per year
