We are rapidly developing our AI partner ecosystem and looking to grow our team with a senior level manager. The Developer Relations Manager will lead our strategy to build our partner ecosystem and evangelize NVIDIA SDKs, toolkits, and frameworks and accelerate their adoption by the ISVs. There is a requirement for strong technical understanding of NVIDIA technology and a leader who can work effectively and independently in a matrix structured organization.
MLOps brings an organized, methodical discipline to operationalize AI/ML project training and model deployment, helping to ensure AI infrastructure is effectively utilized. The MLOps ISV partner category is broad in functionality including cluster management, dataset management, experiment management, model management and resource management.
What you’ll be doing:
The primary responsibility will be to develop our MLOps partner ecosystem and evangelize NVIDIA SDKs, toolkits, and frameworks and accelerate their adoption by the ISVs.
Establish relationships and influence the technical leaders and community within the ISV community on a global basis.
Lead the go to market program development and activities together with partner marketing for joint ISV, customer and industry developer events.
Develop technical sales enablement content together with ISV partners to educate solution architects and industry sales teams.
Collaborate with partners on the development of joint strategy, positioning, and value prop messaging for each ISV.
What we need to see:
Have at least 12+ years related experience and 7 years in developer relations or business development.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Experience in developing and managing an ISV developer community with good knowledge and trends in the industry.
Demonstrate that you have an established ability to influence, evangelize and persuade at both operational and executive level to achieve a targeted outcome.
Show that you are able to communicate clearly and concisely to accelerate strategic decisions.
Ability to effectively deliver a value proposition to assist both NVIDIA and its resell and integration partners in sales opportunities.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Expertise in CUDA programming, GPUs, Machine Learning or Deep Learning
Strong technical understanding of high performance computing, database analytics, Machine Learning and Deep Learning
Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills, using data analysis to support strategic decisions
Excellent social, organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
Ability to work in a matrix structured organization
