Regional Sales Manager

What you’ll be doing:
- 20% - First, learn the job. Learn the players, learn the game.
- 50% - Develop new business and maintain existing business. Building relationships with new and existing customers. Seek out new customers, be hungry!
- 30% Build/maintain talented sales team. Hire/fire/train the team that will produce results.

What you’ll need:
- 3-5 years sales management experience including the following skills:
- Attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot why some campuses have full classes and others do not
- Ability to converse and develop relationships with our county/city/state partners. Excellent social, communication and negotiation skills required
- Ability to interact with customers on a broad scale both from a customer service standpoint and to defend WPTS when warranted should issues arise
- Computer proficient with Microsoft Office products and ability to learn new software and tools quickly
- Strong teamwork and organization/time management skills to balance the daily workload of student calls, campus maintenance, scheduling, and instructor development
- Various Sales Training including but not limited to customer service, negotiation, and marketing
- Achievement of annual sales targets including but not limited to student count per campus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Experience:
- Sales management: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- CDL A (Preferred)
