Job Description

The Opportunity:

This role is a multi-disciplinary role that focuses on Cross-Departmental Coordination and Customer Success tasks in a booming e-commerce fashion company. This position is currently remote and will allow you to immerse yourself in acquiring new knowledge and honing your skills. In the future, this position may include in-office hours as well.

The Responsibility:

  • Professionally representing the company’s brand and voice while acting as a liaison between the company and customers.
  • Establishing relations with current and future customers by addressing customer's questions or concerns, and successfully resolving any issues
  • Expediting correction or adjustment to customers’ orders.
  • Facilitating and educating customers on product information such as price point, styling advice, account setup, price point adjustments, and basic questions.
  • Willingness to take on other projects and duties as assigned.

The Requirements:

  • Must be located in the Houston area
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical / organizational / data entry skills
  • Be able to work successfully and calmly in a challenging, high paced environment
  • Strong logistics skills
  • Highly detail oriented and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Possess high EQ and warm personalities
  • Previous Customer Service experience a plus
  • Resourceful in solving day-to-day problems
  • Versatile in accomplishing organizational goals.
  • Flexible enough to work on occasional weekends and weeknights.
  • Reliable and an energetic self-starter with a strong sense of ethics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $9.00 - $29.00 per hour
