As a Sales Representative at DentalQore, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and transformation for dental practices across the country by being responsible for the entire sales journey - from connecting with prospects via phone to guiding them through how DentalQore’s unique tools can elevate their practice and ultimately closing deals that grow businesses.

Would you love to spend most of your time presenting our products and closing deals instead of only cold-calling? We have an appointment-setting team that will be booking 70% of your appointments for you once you’re 60 days into the job!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:

  • Works with the sales trainer to review sales expectations and goals, participating in hands-on CRM training sessions to become proficient and fully understands the ins and outs of the Sales Representative role.
  • Shadows a top performing Sales Representative on sales presentations to observe techniques, ask questions, and learn from them, while partnering with an appointment-setting team.
  • By the 30-day mark, is scheduling appointments with prospective clients, conducting sales calls and presentations, and building a pipeline of future client opportunities.
  • By the 60-day mark, is consistently completing 2+ new client presentation appointments per day and has closed one or more customer deals.

Within the next 3 months and ongoing:

  • Is consistently hitting the monthly quota of 3+ customer deals acquired per month.
  • Develops and maintains a robust pipeline of potential clients through lead lists and consistent outreach efforts, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-ups to convert prospects into clients.
  • By 90 days is meeting weekly 1-1 with the Sales Leader but is also able to successfully and independently conduct the majority of sales calls, confidently handling client interactions and demonstrating in-depth knowledge of DentalQore’s services.

Within the next 6-9 months and ongoing:

  • Consistently meets or exceeds monthly sales targets, demonstrating full ramp-up and mastery of the sales process.
  • By month 8 or sooner:
  • Has established a reputation as a top-performing Sales Representative on the team by exceeding sales quotas, delivering exceptional client satisfaction, and ranking as top performer in sales volume and professionalism.
  • Is seen as a mentor and role model to newer sales reps, and someone others shadow and can learn from.
  • Continues to grow a robust client base and pipeline of over 100 warm & hot prospects, contributing to a steady increase in overall sales revenue for the company month over month.

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer facing sales position with a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets required
  • A true motivation and interest to take your sales career, experience, knowledge, and earning potential to higher levels required
  • Demonstrated proactiveness in learning and implementing sales and marketing strategies, with a strong commitment to continuous growth and improvement required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of fostering trust and long-term partnerships required
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic situations, with a focus on refining soft skills to elevate your sales game required
  • A passion to control your own financial destiny by being in a career with uncapped earning potential required

Working hours: 6:45am - 3:45pm weekdays

Compensation & Earning Potential: $24/hour base pay + commission with OTE $85K - $115K in first full year, based on sales goals achieved and exceeded. Commission potential is directly tied to meeting and exceeding set goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
