Overview:

- Manage incoming inquiries from all levels of customers
- Support the Regional Sales Manager with account management tasks for dealers, representatives, consultants, and channel partners

The Sales Account Representative 2 (SAR2) primary responsibilities are to assist Regional Sales Manager with the management of assigned accounts and work with assigned manufacturer representative firms. The SAR2 will manage inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat and follow up accordingly. This role follows up on account needs, opportunities, and requests, including dealers, reps, consultants, and end users. SAR2 works closely with the outside sales team (Regional Sales Manager and Senior Sales Director) as well as the Product Groups to leverage the sales in all products and maximize sales companywide. The SAR2 is key to the implementation of the company’s Sales and Marketing Plans, as well as maintaining and improving key account relationships.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Works with the Regional Sales Manager to manage day-to-day tasks of account management in assigned territory including providing timely quotes, product information, lead times, shipping costs, and handling other incoming customer requests.
- Serves as the internal point of contact for assigned clients, including end users, dealers, consultants, and manufacturer representatives
- Manage inbound workload of phone, email, and chat inquiries
- Develop relationships with assigned accounts that result in ability to leverage opportunities
- Work with assigned accounts, whether on the phone, by email, or in person
- Collaborates with multiple departments including outside sales, product management, and marketing
- Contributes to market strategy by monitoring competitive products on bids and projects
- Work cross-functionally with marketing to implement account sales plans
- Intimate understanding of Listen’s channel and GTM sales model
- Demonstrates selling skills and product knowledge for all product groups
- Complete understanding of the company pricing model and opportunity creation
- Maintains accurate records of all sales and activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities via the CRM
- Participate, prepare, and train in person at events such as product webinars and other events as needed, minimal travel may be required
- Regularly schedule and administer training online or in person
- Travel with Regional Sales Manager and/or Senior Sales Director (approx. 2-4 times per year)
- Engages in technical discussions, demonstrations, and presentations as needed
- Process product demo requests and ensures proper return
- Remains knowledgeable and current on changes and developments of product lines
- Uphold and execute the company brand, values, philosophy, ethics, culture, and integrity
- This position is customer facing, punctual arrival, dependable attendance, and professional appearance are mandatory

Qualifications:
- Must be positive, energetic, professional, and enthusiastic
- 2-5 years sales experience
- Strong communication skills, well spoken
- Must be organized and driven to succeed

- Must be outgoing and passionate about sales
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- High school diploma or GED, associate degree preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
