Sensible Auto Finance Account Executive
Sensible Auto Finance d/b/a Sensible Auto Lending is a privately held finance company that offers indirect financing to credit challenged customers through a network of dealer partners. Sensible is looking to grow by hiring talented and hardworking individuals who can market the Company to automobile dealerships.
This position allows our Account Executives to have a challenging position with uncapped commission, all while offering a great work/life balance. As an Account Executive you will be prospecting, training and educating our dealer partners. You will manage the relationship with our dealer partners to ensure quality and consistency.
Duties, Responsibilities & Licenses
- Entrepreneurial approach to managing and growing a defined sales territory.
- Prospect for new dealer partners, then present and sell Sensible products and services to all levels of management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with both independent and franchise dealers.
- Assist dealer partners with loan origination and deal funding in our proprietary sales portal.
- Participate in all sales meetings and calls.
- Consistently execute against our core values and dedicated sales process.
- Remote position with significant local travel to current and potential clients. This requires the possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Ability to persuade and influence others through a consultative & analytical sales approach.
- Above average presentation & communication skills.
- Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques (automotive preferred)
- Driven to achieve company objectives and personal goals.
- Open to feedback and coaching.
- History of success and career progression in prior sales roles.
- Ideal candidate has excellent time management skills, is highly energetic and self-motivated.
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university, preferred.
