We are seeking a skilled Audio Visual Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and be proficient in managing audio-visual projects from conception to execution. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members. The Audio Visual Engineer will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration and operation of audio-visual systems in various environments.

*Duties*

- Design, install, and maintain audio-visual systems for various applications including schools, athletic facilities and other commerical/institutional facilities.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their audio-visual needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful completion of projects.

- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.

- Provide technical support during events, ensuring all equipment operates smoothly.

- Analyze system performance data and implement improvements as necessary.

- Stay updated on the latest trends in audio-visual technology and recommend upgrades or changes as needed.

- Work closely with sales teams in pre-sales activities to demonstrate technical capabilities and solutions.

*Qualifications*

- Proven experience in audio-visual engineering or related fields.

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong analytical skills to assess system performance and troubleshoot issues effectively.

- Experience in technical sales or pre-sales support is advantageous.

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
