Job Description

Due to recent expansion, our family owned, large Midwest Automotive Group is looking for an experienced Automotive Finance Manager that wants the opportunity to advance in the Northern Chicago region!

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Automotive F&I Manager at our newly acquired Toyota dealership in Northbrook, IL The perfect candidate will have a minimum of 2-year track record in automotive F&I demonstrating integrity, leadership, and the ability to get results.

Automotive Finance Manager Qualifications:

  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • 2 year, minimum, dealership F&I experience with proven track record
  • Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Customer service focused
  • Self-Motivated
  • Team player
  • Interest in sales production and general well-being for company growth

Automotive F&I Manager Responsibilities:

  • Review credit applications to determine credit worthiness
  • Conduct interviews with clients to determine finance / payment needs
  • Build strong relationships with lenders and perform administrative duties
  • Perform sales manager duties as needed
  • Utilize menu platform to present vehicle service contracts and other ancillary products
  • Prepare and finalize all documents as required for vehicle delivery
  • Ensure full compliance with all local, state and federal regulations
