We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our growing team! This is an exciting time to help shape and contribute to the growth of the IT team and Program Management Office. In this position, you’ll combine your project management experience and leadership skills to help execute projects for different teams within IT. You will set the framework and processes to support teams to work with greater efficiency and drive operational rhythm.

The IT Project Manager will support the PMO Manager with organizational alignment and help with delivery across related initiatives. This role requires a highly dynamic, organized, self-managed individual with a passion for problem solving and ability to empower teams.


    • Drive and establish a project management framework within IT to manage various work with competing priorities
    • Simultaneously oversee multiple projects throughout the entire project lifecycle by planning, gathering requirements, organizing, eliminating roadblocks and breaking down the work to execute towards completion
    • Help scope out quarterly GTMs (Goals, Targets, and Measurements) and roll-out into team projects
    • Maintain stakeholder engagements through regular status updates and manage cross functional team interdepencies
    • Continuously improve processes and documentation that contribute to operational excellence
    • Establish KPIs that are actionable and provide data driven insights to make strategic recommendations


    • Strong project management experience and success in delivering results within IT teams
    • Experience in agile methodologies and applying various methodologies
    • Demonstrated ability to influence others and maintain strong relationships
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to analyze and problem solve in complex environments
    • Knowledge and advanced experience with collaboration tools such as Atlassian Jira and Confluence
    • PMP or PMI certification is a plus
    • Tableau experience is a plus
    • Startup experience is a plus
