Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Sacramento, CA, Hybrid schedule

Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Pay: $19/hour + uncapped commission

Role and Responsibilities:

We are seeking an Inside/Inbound Sales Representative for a well-established and growing e-commerce company in Sacramento, CA! This is the perfect opportunity for a sales and service oriented individual to join an exciting team and launch your career within a booming industry!

• Guide customers through their buying journey, helping them select the perfect products.
• Process quotes, orders, and returns with accuracy and efficiency.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing top-notch service.
• Share your ideas and contribute to our growth goals.
• Support management in meeting and exceeding targets.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a customer service and/or sales role.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and working in a high call volume environment
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to navigate multiple systems
• Experience with MS Office Suite and cloud based File Management (i.e SharePoint)
• Passion for helping customers and motivation to sell
• Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
