ABB’s Electrification Global Markets organization is responsible for the go-to-market strategy in 100+ countries where the Electrification Business Area operates. This role is part of the ELIP Sales Organization and its primary objective is to meet or exceed the business goals and objectives defined by the Sales manager C&C. The Specifier Specialist executes strategies jointly formulated between the VP Regional of Sales and Regional Sales Manager.

Your responsibilities

  • This position is accountable for specifying, selling and becoming the industrial and commercial Products Expert of the entire ELIP division. The Specifier Specialist (Commercial & Industrial) is responsible to formulate customer target sales plan and to execute it in its Region while supporting other Sales colleagues across the entire ABB Divisions.
  • This position is also accountable for identifying business opportunities, log these opportunities in the Company CRM, and maintain the opportunity pipeline by following precisely the Customer Procurement Process for each customer in its portfolio.

Your background

  • 2 to 5 years of Sales experience with demonstrated track record
  • Technical College or Business Degree
  • Project Management experience
  • Understanding of low and medium voltage electrical components
  • Good knowledge of electrical systems
  • Good knowledge of low voltage offering

This is absolutely mandatory because you will be expected to work in a specific shift for a minimum of two years. Good to have: - Prior work experience in SaaS product companies in domains relevant to Freshworks' suite of products. - The proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets.
