Job Description
We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented Patient Service Representative / Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is designed for a driven individual with a passion for the aesthetics industry, who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on delivering excellent patient care while driving sales. The position involves booking new leads, conducting in-person and phone consultations, upselling to existing patients, and selling treatment packages. The successful candidate will be organized, self-motivated, and able to build strong professional relationships with clients, while confidently meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales: Book new leads, conduct consultations (in-person and phone), upsell treatments and services to existing patients, and sell treatment packages.
- Patient Interaction: Provide high-touch, concierge-level services and serve as the main point of contact for patients via phone, text, and in-person communications.
- Consultations & Sales: Conduct consultations, describe aesthetic procedures, and effectively communicate the benefits of treatments to upsell services and products.
- Administrative Support: Manage front desk operations including answering calls, checking patients in and out, and scheduling appointments.
- Sales Focus: Consistently meet and exceed office sales goals, leveraging upselling techniques and communication with new and existing patients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, medical staff, and office team to ensure smooth patient experiences and support clinic operations when needed.
- Social Media & Outreach: Assist with social media efforts to engage patients and promote services on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
- Clinic Support: Occasionally assist with flipping treatment rooms to support medical staff.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare/aesthetics, with proven experience in selling aesthetic procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and develop relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with the Miami area.
- Sales Experience: Demonstrated track record in exceeding sales goals and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) for marketing and outreach purposes.
- Organized, ambitious, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and coachable mindset, aiming for long-term growth within the company.
Wage Range - $18.00/hr - $22.00/hr DOE
