Job Description

Brandt is currently seeking a Trailer Sales Specialist for our Ontario Division. This position would will report to the CWP Sales Manager, and work in conjunction with all Brandt Sales Departments to grow our Utility Trailer Business, providing Branch support for Trailers and collaborate with all departments within the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Promote and Sell Brandt Trailers and accessories as an Inside Sales Representative
  • Work with Worksite Product Specialists & Territory Managers to provide Trailer support for their given Territories
  • Ability to tow and show Brandt Utility Work Ready Trailers
  • Provide office support for Trailer Division and collaborate with all departments within the organization
  • Assist in Inventory management and control
  • Assist CWP Sales Manager with Trailer pricing
  • Identify new sales opportunities and ensure we’re on local gov’t and municipal bid lists
  • Ensure all product in yard is clean and properly displayed
  • Monitor website and ensure all used, clearance, and other inventory are properly advertised
  • Monitor Brandt Sales and Advertising programs
  • Work closely with the parts and service departments to ensure all requests are processed and all timelines met
  • Participate and help coordinate trade show events
  • Manage and order all marketing materials
  • Assist Marketing department with changes to ads for print / digital advertising
  • Assist Marketing department with collecting local competitive information
  • Ensure the showroom is kept up to date in respect to product information, brochures and signage

Required Skills

Required Experience
  • 2 – 3 years of sales experience in the light industrial trailer industry
  • Organized, detailed, and excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to obtain or have a valid passport and be able to travel internationally

Key Accountabilities  * Create customer success plans to drive growth for each account  * Support solution design and technical implementation of current desired integrations as outlined in the customer success plan. * Monitor user adoption and product utilization and create targeted programs to increase engagement and support the agency's change management process. * Build strong relationships between the Miovision product and support teams to ensure continuous resolution of ongoing operational issues as well as product deficiencies that may come up.  * Participate in regular support and health checks to ensure accounts are continuing to derive value from our solutions * Support software renewal and upselling activities  Skills/Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalency or achievement of recognized professional level * 5+ years of technical experience; must understand network products * Ability to travel internationally, providing on-site consulting work to clients * Ability to manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skills * Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping and process redesign * Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management and support * Analytical nature with the ability to solve complex business issues * Basic understanding of product development and engineering processes.  We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
