Sagaz Financial is a multi service agency located in San Fernando. We provide a multitude of services to our Latino community which include: Insurance, Income Tax Preparation, Real Estate, and Mortgage Loans. We are searching for a candidate that is motivated to learn and expand their experience in any of these fields. We offer training, support and professional development. The right candidate is results-driven and is comfortable with actively seeking out and engaging with customer prospects. In this position your job main objective is to provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.


  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Manage incoming calls
  • Take the extra mile to engage with customers
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process appropriate solutions and alternatives within the limit; the up to ensure resolution
  • Complete premium payments for Insurance Clients


  • Proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Proven customer support experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Supplemental Pay:
