Business Development Manager
- growing sales of foam products
- Developing new business segments (utilizing underused equipment and existing partnerships)
- Contributing to SRED record keeping with regards to the business development
- Recruiting, training and managing performance of new sales reps (e.g. for Kitchener, Toronto, Montreal, etc)
- Cold calling and Warm calling
- attending client site visits - car and air travel within Canada and to U.S.
- attending trade shows
- Sofa Manufacturers
- Chair Manufacturers
- Ecommerce Mattress Companies (in the US Canada)
- Healthcare companies
- Other (Athletic equipment distributors, Dock manufacturers, Craft Retailers, Packaging material distributors, etc)
