Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Account Specialist to join our team and help take Anchor & Tree Coffee to the next level. This position will focus on growing our wholesale business through sales outreach, developing our new office coffee program, creating marketing materials and campaigns (primarily online, social media, and email campaigns), website maintenance, and account management. This Specialist will share our mission and goals with the community in order to grow our brand and the company's sales. Performance will be measured by achieving sales targets, account retention, and online engagement and web traffic. The Specialist will be paid a base hourly rate, plus commission. All new accounts brought on will become the Specialist's accounts to manage and retain, which will be built into the commission structure.

Duties
- Utilize CRM to manage customer relationships and sales opportunities
- Inbound and outbound sales efforts, including off-site sales visits and hosting coffee tastings for prospective clients
- Online marketing and sales efforts, including managing marketing ads and email campaigns
- Build relationships with new accounts and develop rapport in order to retain and grow those accounts long-term
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment on sales and marketing strategies and initiatives
- Conduct market research in the local wholesale coffee market to develop effective sales strategies
Experience
- Proven experience in sales and account management (at least 1 year preferred but not required)
- Experience in the coffee industry and / or strong knowledge of specialty coffee (1 -3 years preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using a CRM for managing sales activities
- Understanding of social media platforms and social media outreach
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
